I am a Body Harmonics-certified Mat Pilates instructor since 2015. I use my Pilates and dance training to focus on building core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Primarily interested in injury prevention and functionality in everyday life, I take into account every body's difference and create space for modifications without compromising on effectiveness. I will teach you how to incorporate efficient breathing techniques and develop longer and leaner muscles!
I have experience with clientele aged 18 to 80 years old with varying levels of experience, abilities, and fitness levels. Using my research experience with older adults and persons living with disabilities, I bring an added sensitivity when working with this clientele.
